Making calls with Omni is Easy:

When calling from a phone that is registered on your account, there is no need to dial a PIN.

First, dial your Local Access Number

At the prompt, dial your destination number

Some examples...

  {Access Number} + {Destination Number}
For London, dial: 1 310 873 4444 + 011 44 323 55555
For New York, dial: 1 310 873 4444 + 1 212 555 5555

Check with your local phone provider to make sure that your call to the access number is not a toll call.

Common questions:

I'm being asked for an Authorization Code...

When you call from a phone that is not registered under your account, the system will ask you to enter an authorization code. Your authorization code is the last seven digits of your main phone number plus a 3 digit PIN. If you've forgotten your PIN, feel free to contact customer service.

Will I need to change my current service provider?

There is no need to change your service provider. Omni works with any wireless provider and with any land line long distance provider.

Are there any fees?

With Omni, there are never any hidden charges or extra fees. That means, we will never charge you a signup fee, monthly fees, or extra for calling during certain times of the day.

Is there a contract?

You are never tied into a service contract with Omni's service. Since there is no monthly fee, you can use the service once a year or you can simply stop using the service at any time.

How do I pay my bill?

Omni will send your bill to your house by regular mail or to your computer by email. The choice is yours. You can also check your account activity online at any time. Your credit card will be charged automatically the first week of each month for the previous month's activity and will appear as a charge from "Omni Access".

Is there a toll free access number?

Yes! If you are in an area where Omni does not have a local access number, you can dial 888-606-6664 to make your calls. There is a 4 cents per minute surcharge for using the toll free line, so you should use a local access number whenever possible.

Why do calls to international mobile phones cost more?

Mobile phone providers in many international countries charge the calling party. Omni factors this into the price of the call, so sometimes you will see that calls to mobile phones cost more per minute than a land line in the same region.
